Startup Process

We have introduced an effective 3-steps ‘start-up process’ to provide you with highly professional remote development teams. All you have to do is talk to our client services manager to begin the project development officially.

Step 1: Understanding Your Idea

A discovery call is to evaluate a project idea from each angle. During this vetting, you engage with our technical manager, know the team, and assess if they will be a good fit for your business. The right Remote Dedicated Developers are assigned to you if the meeting goes well, along with the project estimates.

Step 2: Getting Started Right Away

You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement once you consider the estimates. This NDA acknowledges the confidential relationship between your project and Ulysses Gobal.
To ensure privacy, communication channels unique to your project will be created. After successful deployment, those credentials will be removed permanently for general security.

Step 3: The Kick-Off Meeting

The kick-off meeting is unique; you get to set the scope of your entire project, deliver specific project prerequisites, and build basic infrastructure. You get to know the team, pick a Project Management Tool of your choice, exchange your contact information, exchange the agenda, and schedule the next session.
